Eureka

Eureka is living at Boreal Journeys but still belongs to Ben and Alice Stamm. Ben is thinking about running the Iditarod again and Eureka is at Boreal Journeys to be bred as the basis for Ben's team. Having Eureka as the matriarch of a team seems to be a great idea as her grandfather on one side is Martin Buser's Fearless and her grandfather on the other side is Doug Swingley's Peppy. Eureka was born in Matt Hayashida's kennel and accompanied him on the Norman Vaughan Serum Run (768 miles in Alaska) as a yearling. She is the half sister of Romex and Conductor and like her older brothers is a fantastic leader.
